The Preclinical Associate will provide planning and administrative logistics support for conduct of toxicology safety studies. Perform Quality Control data review of relevant reports and raw data generated within Biotechnology Center of Excellence (BCoE). This will require excellent inter-personal skills, a high level of organizational ability and attention to detail, and excellent computer skills. They will also coordinate monitors and maintains all documentation for conducting toxicology studies. This includes maintenance of study files to GLP standards, processing of incoming reports, shipment and receipt of test articles and /or biological samples to test facilities and departments within Janssen R&D, LLC. Enter project plans into project management software and maintain updates.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or AS with at least 5 years of scientific/pharmaceutical research OR a BS/BA
Previous experience in document quality control is preferred
Previous experience in program management is preferred
Must be comfortable working in an environment that conducts in vivo studies
Individual should be results-oriented with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail is also required and good computer skills
