Supply Chain Analyst
The Supply Chain Analyst will become part of a multicultural team, responsible for the supply of finished products, manufactured by our external partners.
The main responsibility of the Supply Chain Analyst is to guarantee continuous supply to our customers in a timely manner at a correct cost.
We expect the candidate to manage day to day business, but at the same time identify opportunities and implement improvements on processes and systems.
Main Responsibilities
• Manages the replenishment of materials from our external partners (purchase order placement, follow up on open orders and deliveries, …)
• Drive the continuous improvement of supply chain metrics (service, inventory, cost, quality)
• Lead the S&OP process for the relevant external partners
• Lead or support events, such as new products introductions and conversions
• Effectively communicate with suppliers and internal customers to plan, coordinate and communicate about the delivery of materials
• Be able to work in a global organization and build collaborative partnerships with business partners all over the world
• Continuously challenge, improve and streamline the supply chain process to become more efficient
• Resolve payment mismatches and receiving issues
• Maintain purchasing standard operating procedures up to date
Qualifications
Profile
• Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Logistics, Business, Finance or Engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Strong systems knowledge with capability to master complexity
• Eager to work with data and excellent agility with MS excel
• Ability to drive process and systems improvements autonomously
The successful candidate will have fluency in English - other languages are an additional asset, and enjoy teamwork in a multinational environment.
