根据工厂任务，带领下属执行工程项目，实施项目扩展和修正；进行设备设施预防性维护和故障维修，为生产提供满意的服务；研究选择恰当的设备设施，确保各项工作按期完成并符合强生及国内安全环境健康政策。In accordance with the plant mission, the position holder is leads and guides subordinates to provide satisfactory service for production by executing engineering projects, implementing project expansions and modifications, providing preventive and corrective maintenance of utility, machinery and equipments. Study and select most adequate equipment, verify the accomplishment of work within due dates, make safety, industrial hygiene and environment alignment with civil and J&J Policy.
