Biosense Webster operates within the field of Electrophysiology and is one of the fastest growing business units within the Johnson & Johnson Medical Device and Diagnostics segment. Guided by the needs of electrophysiologists and cardiologists, the company has pioneered innovative technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems.
They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator New Product Development to join their Marketing team.
Job description
This position is based in Diegem and reports to the Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role is to support new product launches in the final evaluation phase, acting as point of contact for all the External Evaluation (EE) activities thus ensuring that R&D, EMEA and Global Marketing receive uniform timely communication & required actions are addressed effectively.
Marketing Coordinator New Product Development is one of the junior positions in the Biosense Webster Marketing department. For the right candidate the position offers a unique position to gain an understanding of the Biosense Webster Business, gain a network across the EMEA organization and position him or herself for future opportunities within the company.
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position has following tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate external evaluation sessions with customers
- Follow up on Data Collection Forms (DCF) at the end of each procedure and consolidate to draft reports for Global Marketing and EHQ Marketing
- Verify that all complaints are being formally submitted as per BW’s procedure
- Manage periodic calls with the site captains EHQ, R&D and Global Marketing tracking the progress of the EE and sharing information between the EE sites.
- Support EHQ Regulatory department in any needed corrective action. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal state and ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
Qualifications
Education & experience
- 1-2 years of relevant business experience
- Proficient with Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- min. Bachelor degree is required
Competencies
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Results and performance driven
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
