[Responsibilities]

1) Developing a 24 month master production schedule which meets customer demand and is executable against rough cut capacity plan.

2) Proactive identification of issues or constraints that may impact supply via the Short Term Exception Management (STEM) or Criticalities process

3) Leads monthly renewal process of planning cycle including a Site Supply Review meeting (SRM).

4) Position owns customer service metrics, monthly delivery performance metrics.

5) Communicates net requirements and priorities to the manufacturing and quality teams; including event planning, and issue management.

6) Ensures Master Data is accurate and updated as required to ensure reliable MRP/ERP outputs.

7) Maintains inventory and safety stock parameters, ensures products are meeting inventory targets, develops plans to optimize inventory.

8) Partners with Manufacturing, QA, Finance, GTO, Warehouse/Receiving, Customer Management, Value-Stream Leaders, and other functional areas related to the brand supply chain.

9) Drives and or supports S&OP and business plan cycles.

10) Develops supply plans in support of new launches. Ensure processes and systems are in place to support the new product launches.

11) Manage PDP and company goals to achieve personal and business excellence. Complete all required training courses.

Position acts as point of contact (POC) for products under his/her responsibilities. Responsibilities of the POC include support of the business plan process, reports, manage inventory projections and may own inventory depending on product segmentation.

[Requirements]

1) A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in planning, operations, logistics, supply chain or related experience.

2) Experience with several of the following processes including master production schedule process, inventory management, supply chain management, scenario analysis, change control, sales and operations planning, advanced Planning Systems (SAP, APO) and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

3) Lean and process excellence including Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering is required.

4) Ability to prioritize issues to support the customer and supply chain requirements and operate in a collaborative and cross-functional organization is required
