Coordinate the Opcos project managers, manage the daily work of the Strategy Partnership Program and enhance the relationship.

Support the operation of CCPS phase II Tobacco Control Project, and the Global Healthcare Financing.

Support Associate GA Director’s work to achieve the goals of the projects.

Support Opcos business priorities via partnership programs.
- Others:
- Stay apprised of business goals and strategies in order to assess impact from legislative, executive, regulatory and NGO activities.
- Review and analyze legislative and executive branch/regulatory activities in consultation with appropriate business and corporate personnel to assess the level of impact to the company.
- Shares learnings, initiatives, information and actions across the GA Council; Implement proactive action plans aimed at enhancing relationships with key influencers which protect and support critical business objectives.
Qualifications
1. REQUIREMENTS:
- Industry experiences: More than 3 – 5 year’s minimum in positions of increasing responsibility and experience in government affairs, project management, market access, reimbursement or public policy in the health care industry.
- Position experiences:
1. Experience on the government cooperation project management.
2. Proficiency in strategy development, develop action plans and tactical steps.
3. Good analytical, writing, and development project proposal and implementation.
4. Experience on pharmacoeconomic, marketing is perferable.
· Language Skills:Good presentation / communication skills - Strong ability to communicate in English.
· Computer Skills: Fluently use lotus, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.
2. Competencies:
- Experience, effective relationships with and proven ability to interface well with members of the Chinese health care policy, legislative, regulatory, NGO and key Pharmaceutical Institute officials.
- Proven track record of policy development, negotiations, professional writing, communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with Chinese health care systems including macro policy and micro policy, such as reimbursement, pricing, bidding, health economics, quality and safety controls, etc.
- Experience in the health care industry, e.g. Good contact with both central and local healthcare authorities.
- Demonstrated drive for results, motivate and positively influence individuals both inside and outside of the organization. Experience working with and counseling senior management required.
- Team player who seeks to become an integral part of an industry-leading government and public affairs group.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing complex array of projects/issues
