Description
- Extend Plant automation system capability by foresee the overall initiative and improvement to overcome future downtime and cost.
- To be a leader in plant automation system and able to troubleshoot and execute project. Support maintenance in their daily machine breakdown and reduce it in term of cost and time
- Optimize infrastructure /EHS sustainability – Provide technical input and able solve it internally
- Drive sustainable CIP – Ensure CIP initiative are met and sustainable
- Sustain quality and compliance culture – ensure compliance to GMP and audit readiness
- Strengthening ECI knowledge and strong engagement with maintenance department to increase reliability and stability of existing control system
- Expert in PLC and manage to do program
- Guide and improve maintenance in handling ECI
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering / process improvement / maintenance work in FMCG companies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to write technical documentation and execute projects.
