Job Descriptions
The scope of key responsibilities include:
Ø Provide technical leadership and engineering support to achieve cycle time, cost target, process improvement and new products development including feasibility studies.
Ø Optimize, and manage Capex budget/expenditures for manufacturing, engineering, facilities and utilities,
Ø Ensure compliance to Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental policies and regulatory
Ø Plan, organize, coordinate and execute projects on plant and machinery for productivity, quality and cost improvement within the time and budget constraints
Ø Manage, analyze and predict trends from maintenance systems and downtime records
Ø Asset stewardship and housekeeping maintenance for the plant.
Ø Improvement of EtE Zero Defect program
Qualifications
The position will be measured primarily on:
- Improvement of ME2 with integrating of calibration, reliability management, new equipment selection
- Improvement of maintenance life time costing process
- Execution and enhancement of new product in-house production
- Management the Capex and on-time MAP execution
- Improvement of the shortest manufacturing cycle time and best utility management with enhanced best process
- Process Capability & Robustness Improvement
- Regulatory compliance and safety management
- Improvement of people capability and organizational strength
- Improvement and management of waste water treatment plant with regulatory compliance
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cGMPs and Quality Systems.
- Able to conduct project feasibility studies and give recommendations
- Commercial, strategy development, and negotiations.
- Able to interpret ISO14001, Factory Mutual, Regulatory and corporate directions into facilities management long term strategy
- Communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
- Decision Making / Problem Solving
- Process Excellence skills & experience
- Able to perform internal ME2 assessments
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and identify machine improvements related to new material and products
