[Responsibility]
- Supervises warehouse operation work to meet goal
- Establishes personnel schedules and working lines based on business needs.
- Provides input to material flow and identifies potential supplying issues.
- Complies and submits data for operating reports.
- Reviews work to ensure compliance with the standards.
- Recommends changes to standard operational and working practices.
- Trains staffs in the areas of safety and quality and observes to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Provides input to operational budget.
- Manages costs to improve business’ financial results.
- Administers equipment maintenance and repair
- Management of reoccurring issues for customer complaints and deviation.
- Responsible for warehouse documentation regarding validation, qualification, SOP and work instruction of packing processed and equipment.
- To perform the change control and CAPA
[Requirement]
- 5 year experience of pharmaceutical wareohuse
- Validation and qualification.
- Lean and 6 sigma project or manage a project team
- English.
