FORKLIFT DRIVER II (OPERATION)-3570140904

Description

Part A: Overall Responsibility
- Responsible for the efficient operation of warehouse
- Responsible for incoming and supply of RPM to production
- Responsible for housekeeping in warehouse
- Responsible MHE
- Responsible RPM SRTS

Part B: Principal Responsibility
- Ensure supply all RPM to production according T/O
- Ensure kanban area is always tidy.
- Ensure housekeeping follow GSP, EHS and GMP standard
- Support incoming receiving for RPM after normal shift
- Ensure clear empty drums at the roller out before hand over to next shift
- Ensure final checking of T/O against PA ( plan Attainment )before and after campaign run
- Ensure RPM materials are issued out according to FIFO rotation.
- Ensure Plan Attainment achieve 95%
- Warehouse floor is free from RPM storage
- Ensure all T/O supply to production confim in the system on time .
- Ensure forklift and reach trucks maintenance are being monitored eg. Battery water and check list
- Compliance to EHS requirement
- Protective equipment is all in proper storage area
- Ensure label for next run prepare before end shift
- Ensure RPM SRTS clear for every shift and repacking use back original carton
- Support Warehouse quarter & annual stock count activities
- Ensure forklift and reach trucks are used in accordance to EHS guidelines
- To support stakeholder eg: Engineering, Q.A and other.

Qualifications


- SPM Holder
- At least 3 years experience as Forklift driver
- Able to operate forklift
- Positive attitude in working in challenging environment
- A team player
