Description
- Provides guidance and support to the J&J Suzhou organization, to ensure complete implementation of regulatory and J&J EHS&S requirements.
- Communicates Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to the organization in an effective way.
- Implements Health, Safety and Environmental programs in agreement with J&J corporate Environmental Affairs and Health and Safety.
- Improve EHS&S awareness via conducting regular training courses, inspections, initiate programs etc.
- Coordinates internal EHS&S assessments.
- ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 programs on site.
- MAARS programs on site.
- Conduct the Health, Safety and Environmental training to employee, visitor and contractors
- Set up and drive organization with proper ownership/ delegation to support the daily operation of EHS&S management system.
- Maintain fire-fighting system per J&J and local government requirements.
- Conduct incident/accident investigation and corrective action and preventive action follow up
- Manage contractor/onsite service provider on EHS&S field
- Technical support and problem solving to findings
- Other assignment from direct supervisor.

- MAARS system
- EHS&S regulations for workshop in China

- Bachelor Degree in Safety engineering is preferred.
