The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgetary and decision support for Global Technical Service teams. He/she will also have global financial reporting responsibilities including WW sales reporting and corporate communications including investor relations and CSS monthly reports.
Additional responsibilities include the following: He/she will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and latest thinking responsibilities for Global Technical Services as well for US Warranty Reserve management - includes business analytics, variance and trend analysis. Includes periodic calibration / benchmarking with regions and source company. He/she will also be responsible for monthly and quarterly closing activities i.e. close journal entries, related balance sheet reconciliations and reporting. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for coordination of activities associated with the annual business planning process and quarterly updates as well as for acting as finance business partner for the Director Global Technical Services and VP WW Marketing. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting Global Technical Services teams on with financial analytics on various business initiatives, projects and programs / promotions and for WW sales analytics and corporate communications including assistance with investor relations and CSS monthly reports. Additionally, he/she will also be responsible for ensuring understanding and adherence to Sarbanes Oxley and Health Care Compliance requirements as well for other monthly and ad hoc reporting, as well as business case analytics. Additional responsibilities include providing support and driving key finance initiatives such as Enterprise Standards and Productivity as well as for identification and elimination of non-value added activities to achieve continuous improvement in the area of financial reporting. He/she will be responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level as well as for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures as well as for performing other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Accounting/Finance or related field of study required. A Master’s degree or Certified Management Accountant preferred. A minimum of 3 years of related work experience required. Understanding and application of GAAP required. Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL and PowerPoint is required. Individual should have integrity, be results and performance driven, have big picture orientation with attention to detail, have intellectual curiosity, collaboration and teaming and good communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation). This position is located in Diamond Bar, CA.
