1. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1. Identifies Business Unit needs and coordinates the development of support systems, i.e., PMIS, Documentation, Q.A Systems, Enterprise One (ERP).
1.2. Responsible to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to prevent customer service interruptions
1.3. Forms alliances with Marketing and Sales to provide improved products and response to customer requirements.
1.4. Responsible for management of operations to ensure achievements of COGs initiatives
1.5. Responsible for development of budget and capital expense forecast to support business needs and provides variance analysis and corrective actions
1.6. Enforce safety policies and procedures
1.7. Compliance with all ISO 14001 responsibilities.
1.8. Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities
1.9.
1.10. Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned
Qualifications

2. EDUCATION / DEGREE REQUIRED:
2.1 Bachelor’s Degree
2.2 Master’s Degree is a plus
3. KEY SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
3.1. SKILL SETS:
3.1.1 Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred
3.1.2 GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
3.1.3 Knowledge of financial variance analysis and customer focused decision making
3.1.4 Knowledge of Production Attainment in relation to product delivery on demand, appropriate capacity management and operational flexibility, inventory management
3.1.5 Knowledge of Quality Systems in relation to compliance with all regulatory and ISO requirements
3.1.6 Knowledge of Finance in relation to budgeting, attainment of financial results, cost improvement program
3.1.7 Knowledge of general operations in relation to systems, policy, safety, environmental, ergonomics, technology management, associate relations, project management
3.2. COMPUTER SKILLS:
3.2.1 Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Management and Purchasing system knowledge
3.3. EXPERIENCE:
3.3.1 Five to seven years in manufacturing environment and/ or medical device industry preferred
