Description

Responsible for executing and developing specific customer development & training plans by providing full clinical support to all the Biosense Webster accounts within his/her territory.

Key Performance Area's (KPA's ) and Key activities :

KPA 1: To support the customer in the use of Biosense Webster products :
- Clinical Support to customers during cases performed with Biosense Webster products
- Focus on customer "training" to achieve account (technology) independence on BW products within agreed time frames.
- Increase Biosense Webster product penetration in the accounts
- Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage

KPA 2: Play an active role, in collaboration with the Account Manager, in the introduction of new technologies to the accounts in his/her territory :
- Clinical presentations of the technology
- Set up and execute product training program for the accounts
- Dry training
- ESI - CoE training
- Active clinical support during the initial cases and follow-up
- Training/coaching on product usage with the goal of getting the customer independent on product usage
- Regular follow-up with accounts post product introduction
- Base technology adoption

KPA 3: Working in a close relationship with the Account Manager, to effectively implement the sales strategy for the territory and ensure that sales objectives are met in a precise and competent manner :
- Identify customer needs and position BW products to match them
- Transfer sales leads to account manager
- Keep the Account Manager informed on account specific strategies by the competition.
- Actively give input in the account plans for specific centers
Qualifications

Essential :
- Electrophysiology Procedural knowledge
- Electrophysiology Product knowledge
- Good capacity to coaching and training
- Presentation skills
- Self Motivated
- Project management
- Customer/market place focus
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Creative / innovative
- Fluent written and verbal communication in French, English and Dutch
- Computer software package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred
- Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience

Education
- Educated to degree level preferably biotechnical engineers and or scientific

The Jobholder will respect and work within the J&J Business Conduct Policy and the J&J Credo and will represent J&J in a professional and ethical way in all situations.

Will cooperate with other J&J counterparts representing other franchises or divisions to assure corporate development

He/she will be controlling the "safe fleet" of subordinates by having commentary driving sessions; if no subordinates he/she will drive according to the "safe fleet" guidelines.

He/she will keep company assets in excellent condition and work in accordance to safety and industrial hygiene indications

This is a temporary position for one year.
