Description
The Execution Systems Engineer will contribute to the team responsible for the design and delivery of the system landscape to support the Lab to Patient Execution Systems vision for the new Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain. The Execution Systems Engineer may be supporting an individual project within the work stream, or contributing across the projects as needed, or also supporting site production and operation. This role will ensure compliance of cGxP and GAMP through Execution Systems lifecycles, meanwhile ensure the compliance in all aspects of Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) per Johnson & Johnson standards.
Major Responsibilities
Contribute to the design of the execution systems and the associated standards, interfaces and approaches to enable the lab to patient vision. Design should be aligned with S88 and S95 standards to enable efficient reuse at other and future fill/finish plants.
Identify, manage and elevate issues and risks to project and work stream leads. Maintain and improve positive relationship with business partners for the shared objectives.
Lead small to medium level complex system implementation; manage the dependencies and possible interfaces with related system (such as ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.).
In collaboration with IT, IT Risk Assurance, and Commissioning & Qualification teams, contributes to the deployment, testing, and validation of the execution systems and also support process C&Q, , technical transfer and business E2E testing
Contribute to the successful handover the system to the local operating team, including technical training, knowledge transfer, development and delivery of all training materials.
Support end users on routine production and operation
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related major
Related work experience >=4 years
Prefer MNC working experience,
Prefer health care company experience.
Use computer expertly
Problem Solving Skill
Good English, frequently communicate with foreign experts.
Competencies:
Good knowledge of ISA S88 and S95 standards。
Must has experience with some of listed manufacturing control system (such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, WMS, MCS)
Prefer experience with building automation, environmental monitoring, plant asset maintenance.
Experience in qualification of automation systems is desirable. (GAMP5 & ASTM E2500)
Prefer experience with system integration and interface.
