The Corporate Account Director will report directly to the VP, US Sales and is responsible developing and leading the execution of compliant local and national pricing and contracting strategies including accountability to transfer those skills and knowledge to the field organization and direct responsibility for management of GPOs and IDNs.
Lead, manage and develop the Corporate Accounts Organization. Staff responsibilities include tracking sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, ad hoc reporting, and contract processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for the following:
• Develop and implement GPO/IDN strategies.
o Develop a GPO and IDN company strategy
o Develop contract/price training modules in the areas of: Contracting strategy in
IDN and GPO markets to improve contracting efficiencies, IDN economics and
GPO implementation.
o Lead customer negotiations in IDN and GPO market
• As an expert, enable the field organization in the area of contracting.
o Enable the field sales organization to negotiate compliant contracts and
maximize their selling opportunities by using the Pricing Tool, Scenario Planning Tool and Variance Reporting Tools and managing to the pricing matrix. Includes but not limited to training/enabling the field to use financial budgeting reports to improve contract cycle times
o Establish contract review process to manage accounts to committed compliance
levels
o Support customer negotiations in key accounts. Negotiate, review and revise
contracts and account selling strategies.
o Implement contracting and required training programs to the US Field Sales
Organization.
• Manage the JJHCS contracting/offer development relationship and act as BWI sponsor
for CCI.
- Continue define BWI long term strategic position with IDN/GPO's and and execute it according to the annual plan
- Serve as a lead on the Senior Field Leadership team for the IDN/GPO related issues
- Serve as a lead with other JnJ OpCo's when executing joint strategies and/or negotiation
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health,
Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State,
local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred. A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience is required preferably with experience
in the Medical Device market including Sales, Sales Management and Corporate Account Management.Ability to travel up to 70% is required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
