Description

The Franchise Planning Lead owns the overall regional franchise supply planning process with key deliverables of customer service and inventory. He/She understands the compelling business needs of the Franchise and is balancing this against individual Market requirements. Further, he/she will work on supply chain innovation and continuous improvements in respect to agility/responsiveness.

Therefore, he/she ensures, that his team works flawlessly with the country based supply chain team, Toll Manufacturing facilities, Non-APSC JJ Affiliates External Manufactures using regional ERP systems to most effectively balance demand and supply, to manufacture &/or deliver products on time and in full, while achieving optimal inventory and service level targets and to continuously improve agility of the supply chain.

This position reports to the Director, Regional Integrated Supply Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Owns & leads the Regional S&OP process for the Franchise
- Owns regional franchise customer service and responsible for supply/deployment plan generation and market/product prioritization.
- Owns regional franchise inventory and reviews/decides safety stock target policies with the markets.
- Proactive identification and resolution of supply issues (short fall & surpluses) working with cross functional stakeholders.
- Supports New Product Initiatives & Product Changeovers by ensuring on time supply availability for launch and minimizing inventory write-offs.
- KPI ownership, process alignment and continuous improvement across the supply planning team.
- Supply Planning Master Data ownership.
- People development – ensuring improving CREDO results and growth of his/her people
- Leads Supply Chain Projects across the region

Qualifications


REQUIRED

- Master / Bachelor Degree/MBA
- At least 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Demonstrates integrity, strong leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Good business acumen, ability to zoom in and out.
- People Management/Development Skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- A self-starter who thrives on complex challenges.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of SAP/APO systems and structure.
- Fluent in English

DESIRABLE

- Demand Planning/Manufacturing background is a plus.
- SAP and APO hands-on experience

LOCATION

This position is based in Asia-Pacific Region/Singapore with approximately 15% of regional travel.
