UTILITY ENGINEER
Business Group: Consumer Supply Chain Organization

Overall Responsibility:
To ensure the serviceability and Projects of the Chiller and HVAC compliance which is very important to the production. Provide reliability and project services to all employees for their convenience and safety in working.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Deploys and coordinates contracted Chiller and HVAC maintenance in order to ensure compliance and contribute to an optimum work environment.
- Conducts preventive maintenance of Chiller and HVAC system
- Monitors and drives priorities and timelines for project completion while working to control costs, expenses, and manage to budgets.
- Edits and submits procedures in defined formats for document control and diligently in organizes files and records for historical purposes.
- Ensures correct calculations of adhoc estimates of design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related expenses.
- Provides criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- Participates in incident investigations
Key Result Areas:
- 100% Efficiency of the main machines for the whole year
- 90% Efficiency of the daily used machines such as air condition
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 year experience on Chiller and HVAC Reliability and correct design calculation for the system.
- Good track record of execution and should have demonstrated the ability to drive initiatives/projects
- Good command of both Thai & English languages in speaking, reading, and writing
- Good communication & presentation skill
- Good leadership skills
- Result oriented and proactive
- Basic computer, CMMS , Service & Maintenance program to all kinds of customer

This position will be based in J&J Thailand office in Latkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok.
