The European, Middle East and Africa Research and Development Center of Johnson & Johnson (Consumer sector), is looking for a Raw Materials Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
The Raw Materials Regulatory Affairs Specialist is part of the EMEA Raw Material Center Regulatory team and the candidate will need to ensure the compliance of EMEA cosmetic raw materials to regulation (EC) n°1223/2009 and internal requirements.
In this role, he/she monitors new regulations and requirements to communicate accordingly with internal stakeholders and implement them across the EMEA portfolio.
The candidate will also be in charge of the management of regulations REACh (EC) n°1907/2006 and CLP (EC) N°1272/2008 for the whole Consumer portfolio. He/She ensures the compliance of all the products and materials imported, manufactured, used or marketed in EEA, as well as he/she defines the process to ensure the conformity in collaboration with internal stakeholders (EHS, Procurement, Supply‐Chain and R&D).
Permanent position, located in France (Val-de-Reuil).
Qualifications
- Minimum BAC+5 with an engineer degree in chemistry or equivalent.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in regulation or similar.
- Rigorous, synthetic, reactive, curious and force of proposal with a good English level.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, method and good organization.
- Good adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work in team and project mode.
- Ability to challenge and take initiatives and decisions.
