Description
1. Conduct packaging development projects.
Tasks and Duties
• Ensure projects are developed under governance launch model without
quality issues individually in major of time.
• Design Packaging Qualification Plan and follow all necessary qualification
tests
• Maintain BOMs/ related packaging process accurately
• Ensure that all new packaging or changes are accurately documented in
specifications.
• Lead validation/qualification activities related to packaging molds, filling
lines and packaging equipment/instruments.
• Ensure development dossier are ready and proved before product release to
market
• Conduct troubleshooting activities related to packaging customer complaints,
deviations, non-conformance and CAPA.
• Ensure clear communication of project status to relevant departments and
management, and assist subordinates to bring to their attention any potential
problems.
• Complete Packaging Fact Book and archiving
• Attend project team meetings/conference calls.
2. Participate in, and productively contribute to, project and packaging development
teams.
Tasks and Duties
• Develop interrelationships with cross-functional peers, affiliates and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging development processes and
procedures.
• Provide technical services related to packaging and packaging processes to
internal customers.
3. GMP and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance
Tasks and Duties
• Ensure GMP and SHE requirements are adhered to.
• Works with Sourcing and Q&C to qualify new Packaging Material suppliers and
improving existing ones.
• Work with supplier chain and Q&C to ensure material suppliers and external
manufacturer compliance with GMP and J&J requirements.
• Ensure package lab compliance with GLP requirement.
Qualifications
Education level requirement:
Qualification at Degree Level or above on material science, high polymer, package engineering
Working experience:
Min 2 years experience working in packaging or related field, prefer in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
