ICSR OPERATIONS OVERSIGHT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
This role ensures that the company’s vigilance responsibilities on Consumer Medicinals and OTC are met according to the legal obligations to be fulfilled under the terms of the requirements of the Office of Consumer Medical Safety (OCMS) and/or applicable regulatory requirements. Oversight on the determination of the medical and scientific relevance of serious adverse event reports within the context of the product’s safety profile as well as other products within the same therapeutic area.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
- RN or BS degree in health related field, PhD/PharmD or other related scientific degree/qualification
- For nurses and pharmacists, certification/licensure is preferred (e.g. RN, RPh, PharmD)
- 3 years experience in product safety operations, product safety processes and/or regulatory affairs, 2 years in pharmaceutical industry
- If with Medical degree, 3 years of Corporate or Medical experience is required
