[Key Accountabilities]
•Operations, Professional, Business
- Lead and implement of the CMMS, Preventive-Corrective Maintenance system for the Production equipment and contributes technical expertise as needed
- Enhance the machine availability using various improvement tools, analysis and adopts proper actions
-Provide equipment reliability and status reports which include machine efficiency, breakdown and trouble shooting
•Management
-Manage technical aspects regarding the production equipment such as IQ,OQ document as well as spare parts inventory management.
-Manage the spare parts for equipment availability and ensure the safety stock’s sourcing process is under control
•Leadership
-Lead & support production line’s Operation Asset Care Program, Continuous Improvements, innovation and EHS standards
-Lead the maintenance technicians by providing technical coaching and motivation
•Relationship
-Daily discussions with production supervisor and staff in order to ensure all production equipment are in reliable condition.
-Close relationship with Production, Planning, departments to co-ordinate new projects' implementation.
-External communication to supplier of equipment, technical service providers and technical expert including JnJ other site
[Requirements]
- Bachelors /equivalent to in Engineering along with maintenance experience in manufacturing sites (차장급)
- Strong technical and analytical skills for machinery, process and communication skills
